*The first and most important thing I recommend is that you avoid too much sun exposure. Yes having a nice tan looks great, but it can really do on a number on your skin. Whenever venturing outside, you should always wear sunscreen. Itò€™s best if you have a daily moisturizing with a built-in SPF of at least 15. If itò€™s a particularly sunny day, you should also wear a wide-brimmed hat to protect the most vulnerable parts of your face.*Wash your face every morning and every night, especially if you wear makeup on daily basis. You skin needs time to breathe, so make sure that you wash off the built-up dirt and grime from the day with a high quality cleanser.
*Avoid thick, heavy foundation. If youò€™re skin is prone to breaking out, it may be the result of your makeup. Try to invest in foundation that contains salicylic acid to treat your sensitive skin.
*Disinfect your cell phone on a regular basis. Smashing your cheek up against the screen of your dirty cell phone can make your more prone to break out. Clean your phone off daily with a disinfectant.
*Wash your sheets. This is another common cause of breakouts, especially an unclean pillow. Wash them weekly to prevent negative affects on your skin.
