About Chemical Hair Straightening
In hair chemical straightening there are two major steps involved; and they are the breaking of sulpher and nitrogen bonds in the cortex which makes the hair smoother. And the restoration of the sulpher and nitrogen bonds which helps to get the desired thickness by the use of neutralizer. But these chemical changes can prove to be harmful to the hair. So it is better to know the hair structure and work accordingly.The chemicals are harmful for the hair and scalp, so the newly growing hair will be of the original nature that is the curly hair. Since the hair grows three- fourth an inch every month, it should be straightened. And the permanent usage of chemicals can prove to be harmful, and if the constitution goes wrong, the client may be even loose the hair. So it"s always better to acknowledge the clients about the advantages and disadvantages of hair straightening.
Procedure:
Begin by shampooing and conditioning the hair to make it soft and smoother; especially if it is damaged. Prepare the straightening gel with white flour (maida), perm lotion and conditioner to keep the dryness and frizzes. Begin with the back side by taking horizontal separations. If the hair is thicker then take thinner separations. Keep the file board and apply the gel to it and comb through it. But make sure that the scalp is not included here. Let it remain for ten ò€“ forty minutes on the basis of the texture; then rinse it well with pressure. While doing this, the board will come off because of the pressure. Now brush it straight and leave it for a few minutes. Then put on the neutralizer again for 15 min and rinse it off, using a conditioner to give it a smooth look. And now start brushing the new stylish hair slowly.
